• Fractional Vice-President or Director of Fund Development

• 2 hours, a half day, or a full day with your Board, Leadership Team, and/or Fund Development team to review the key elements to success in fundraising (leading to a full fund development program and a strategic plan)

• 12 to 18 months with your team to develop a full fund development program to maximize revenue

• Work with your team to develop a 2 or 3 year Fund Development strategic plan

• AI and Fundraising - Does AI have a place? If so, in what area(s)?

• Work with your team to develop:

  • Mid-Level and Major Gifts program

  • Monthly giving program​

  • Planned giving program - gifts of securities/stocks, gifts of life insurance, gifts of real estate, legacy gifts/estate giving

  • Strategy for fundraising events
